This company has been most kind.I have an oddly large head.My impression from the product description was that it would be flexible enough to fit me. I am female and usually have to wear men’s hats.I did not intend to insult the manufacturer for a product that may serve many well.Just not me, and they have been most polite, which I very much appreciate
