Can't get it to work on my phone line. Tried several times to contact support, but always lost connection. I almost feel like they "block" me! The buttons on my device don't work - I can't see who I've blocked, I can't see the numbers to block, I can't see anything except the number of blocked calls (I seem to CAN block numbers with #2 ). function) but once they are locked I can't unlock them if I make a mistake. Unfortunately I have to send it back as it is useless to me without working buttons. I was hoping that customer service could fix the problem but I can't get through for more than a few minutes, after which everything crashes. I'm not sure what it is either. Been on hold for over an hour trying to call back, no answer.
