Doesn't work - Don't buy - No customer service

1) Once programmed, the blocking features will not appear at the bottom of the LED 4) Program additional blocking features such as Unknown Callers, Rogue Dialers, etc. 5) The Helpdesk number is an answering machine that takes you to a website. Tried all possible options on the website to no avail. 6) The manual says they will help you remotely by accessing the call blocker while on the phone with them, but the answering machine doesn't do that and customer service doesn't contact you. 7) Allows

Yes, it helps well with accessories and consumables

Setup is easy, you just plug it in. It works great with our Panasonic cordless phones. I tried entering a code to block all VOIP calls but I'm not sure if that worked or not. The indicator that was supposed to light up didn't come on, but the device said I was SUCCESS. We still get a few unwanted calls though. The problem with using feature #2 from a remote phone is that you have to answer the call to use it. This will let them know your number is active and they'll just call you back on aโ€ฆ

Has worked great for the past few weeks

UPDATE - Downgraded to 3 stars due to some new factors. First, I've had the device for about a year and a half and have blocked 96 numbers. Most of them only call once or twice, some call again and get blocked 3-5 times, but except for the Sierra Club number which blocked the device 50+ times, the spammers just spoof different numbers. The UI is clunky and not intuitive imo. It would be better and less frustrating if pressing one of the list buttons like call, block or allow the UI didn'tโ€ฆ

Not working on my phone - cannot contact customer service

Can't get it to work on my phone line. Tried several times to contact support, but always lost connection. I almost feel like they "block" me! The buttons on my device don't work - I can't see who I've blocked, I can't see the numbers to block, I can't see anything except the number of blocked calls (I seem to CAN block numbers with #2 ). function) but once they are locked I can't unlock them if I make a mistake. Unfortunately I have to send it back as it is useless to me without workingโ€ฆ

evil silence!

My phone system only allows 250 blocked calls; I used all of that. On average we received 3 to 6 unwanted/spam/scam calls every morning and more than 10 daily (feel my pain!). Also, my phone needs to be on at home due to a family member's health issue, so I'm stuck. I purchased and installed this device with ease and junk calls have gone down dramatically! A week after the installation it becomes 1-2 a day and often not at all! A special feature is that you can block additional calls, byโ€ฆ

Not ready for prime time yet

You had an old CPR call blocker 3-4 years ago. I bought this new fancy version with all new blocking features built in. The problem is that it is not functional. Do you have a Panasonic DECT wireless telephone system on the Cox digital telephone service. Plugged it in as instructed and found that when I pick up any phone in the system it causes a 5-7 second delay of beeping. Incoming calls will not ring for the first 2-3 rings which means that when the call is answered you may have a ringtoneโ€ฆ
