My phone system only allows 250 blocked calls; I used all of that. On average we received 3 to 6 unwanted/spam/scam calls every morning and more than 10 daily (feel my pain!). Also, my phone needs to be on at home due to a family member's health issue, so I'm stuck. I purchased and installed this device with ease and junk calls have gone down dramatically! A week after the installation it becomes 1-2 a day and often not at all! A special feature is that you can block additional calls, by answering the call and pressing #2 on any extension! This device is said to come preloaded with 10,000 known unwanted numbers that are already blocked, and you can block up to 2,000 more. Now I'm having a hell of a time answering and blocking the few calls that get through to me. "Hello, this is Microsoft Support." BLOCK! "Hi, this is about your credit card balance." BLOCK!
