You had an old CPR call blocker 3-4 years ago. I bought this new fancy version with all new blocking features built in. The problem is that it is not functional. Plugged it in as instructed and found that when I pick up any phone in the system it causes a 5-7 second delay of beeping. Incoming calls will not ring for the first 2-3 rings which means that when the call is answered you may have a ringtone to answer the call. Called CPR support on 800. Waited 25 minutes on hold and then attempted online service. No, they are not interested in trying to help. emails sent; never heard anything. I tried the parallel connection procedure and then the phone calls went normally, but the call barring was not even activated, never! Save your money the V10000 isn't worth the hassle and I'm not sure I would use CPR after their horrible client.
