Review on 12 Pairs Women'S Surgical Steel Cubic Zirconia Stud Earrings Set - Black & White 3Mm-8Mm by Mitchell Norman

I didn't expect a whole lot for the price, but did expect to be able to wear for at least one day. The largest set - one gem fell out while I was unpackaging. The first pair I put on, the gem fell out while I was putting it in my ear. The second pair, a slightly smaller set (3rd to the largest), had the gem fall out while I was wearing them. I intended to share these with my 2 daughters, after wearing one pair to make sure they were actually surgical steel. I wish I had listened to the other bad reviews. If you are looking to pay this for one of the smaller pairs, you might be ok.
