Bought to have a basic Halloween tree. Looks great. We have not included all the branches in the photos. That's because we couldn't have branches at the back of the tree, otherwise it wouldn't be properly on the table. In other words, if you place it in front of a wall or background, no branches will protrude from behind. I haven't installed any lights or anything like that yet. He looks great naked. It is made of plastic and the branches are simply pushed into the knotholes. A few of them were difficult, but we didn't have to use the file provided. The tree did not come in the box with the product. It was just naked in a clear plastic bag and the branches were together in their own clear plastic bag. I would definitely buy this again.
