I bought this item to replace a 7 year old cat perch that was starting to fall apart. The build was almost flawless. It looks like it costs a lot more than it actually does and looks sturdy. Good product at a very cheap price. Bought because the height was close to the tower it will replace. Katy Kitty looked at him, sat on him once and hasn't paid attention to him since. She has mild OCD and it may take a while for her to accept that. At the same time, it looks very elegant in my living room. I hope Cathy ends up using it but for now it's on the back door and it's a handy storage space if I need to open the door. Window overlooking the porch.
