This is the only scratching post our cat will use. The top seat should be slightly larger. We need to be able to buy a replacement stand as the paper stand doesn't last as long.

great product! I really like that there is no carpet at all. My only complaint is that the upper level is too small. My cat weighs about 12 pounds and is of average length. He manages to lounge around upstairs, but he'd be a lot more comfortable if it was a little more. Easy to assemble but should be modified for medium to large sized cats.

This is a decent size for most cats. I have a 12kg cat that needs it very much. As another reviewer said, the scratching posts are not sisal rope and my cats have not touched them yet. I think I might as well cover my sisal with rope as my cats love the scratching post I've already made for them. Overall it looks good and is a good size to stand in front of a window.

After almost 3 years my cat LOVES this tree. He scratches it a lot and it still looks relatively new all things considered! Highly resistant to the sharp claws of a street cat.
