First of all, I'm a complete idiot, so if I can do it, anyone can. I opened the box, found a small cable inside the headband, plugged it into the included white cable and started charging (no buttons to press or anything to do, just plug and play). I thought it was growing fast. Then I aligned the bluetooth on my device and that was it. If you don't have access to a Bluetooth device, you can use the included gold cable (the cable is quite long). I use it for sleeping as it allows me to hear white noise to drown out snoring. I also use it when I clean the house and cleaning becomes much easier when I listen to music. The headband is not very warm. This purple color is very attractive and the fabric is beautiful (prettier than shown in my picture - lighting). I also have a black one that I love. I will be giving some away as gifts to my friends who have roommates who snore. The small (very flat) buttons are in the ear area, but can be easily moved to get in the right place when lying on your side. I'm fine sleeping with him on my side. Preferably right above my ear. This will be the guardian.
