Bought to show pictures NOT videos so the 4:3 aspect ratio was just what I needed. Have spent some time on a 16:9 aspect ratio picture frame - never again. The picture quality is sharp and clear. Colors appear natural and correct, and details are sharp and visible. Viewing them from an angle is surprisingly good. I had no issues with visibility from any viewing angle. The motion sensor works well from a distance of at least 12 feet (long distance not tested). So far there have been no problems with the heating. They just look frozen and won't play, but that's a feature I don't want to use in the photo frame and I haven't tried to fix it, so it gets 5 stars anyway. Totally recommend this to friends/family. Two of them have been sitting on the counter for several months and look back fondly on our travels. Easy to use as I never have to turn them on or off with the motion sensor. Will buy more soon.
