The description implies the ability to download a combination of photos and videos hands-free and cycle through all supported formats. It is not true. You must manually switch between viewing photos and viewing videos. Everyone records a combination of formats these days, so being able to view these formats without manual intervention is crucial. Huge product shortage.

Bought to show pictures NOT videos so the 4:3 aspect ratio was just what I needed. Have spent some time on a 16:9 aspect ratio picture frame - never again. The picture quality is sharp and clear. Colors appear natural and correct, and details are sharp and visible. Viewing them from an angle is surprisingly good. I had no issues with visibility from any viewing angle. They live not far from us, about two hours away, and they don't see their grandson as often as they would like.
