So first of all it was easy to set up. The reason I'm even saying this is because we give it to my relatives. They live not far from us, about two hours away, and they don't see their grandson as often as they would like. It's so cool every time my wife and I take a picture of her son, we can upload it and it will appear on her picture frame in the living room. Even if the photo frame is off and you try to upload a photo, it will remain in the re-upload queue when the device is turned on again. Such a great idea. I'm actually considering getting one for my parents although they are much closer because this one works really well. It actually looks like a real photo frame, it's pretty crazy. The outside of the frame is brown gold, similar to a precious tree. And the inner white part is matte white. Also, a preference for me was that the touchscreen was very responsive. The app is also easy to use. I would pay double what I paid for it! I hope that was helpful.
