Use this constantly! Keeps my hands clean when I don't have time to go wash in the sink (baby is always on the move, no time!) and does not dry out my hands. I have pumps located at all my diaper changing stations and also mini pumps in my diaper bag, so these refills are helpful to not have as much waste buying new containers every time. Wish they came in a bigger size even for less waste!
