The product is very customer friendly, with easy to access features that are customer centric. Nothing particular comes in mind so far, but would definitely love their products even more if they had this feature of integration with social media networks for better reach out towards customers. Would highly recommend Markant to startups or companies having less resources since you will be fully supported by Markanta's team. This has been immensely beneficial as it helps us build strong community support, drive traffic and lead generation leads at affordable price which otherwise can easily go over budget limit. I like the ability to make use of Google docs and that you can easily integrate with the CRM. The interface is not as intuitive as I would prefer. I have yet to have it completely integrate with my CRM. I would like the ability to more easily input data into the system. I am solving for the data management of my business. I like that it is very easy to use and that it is very easy to input new data into the system.
