Strap worked great! I ordered a medium coffee size. I used this for my Jenny Curran (Forrest Gump) costume. The dress I received was slightly longer than my boots so I folded the dress to adjust the length and used a belt to hold the fold in place. Medium belt measures 29 inches without stretch. My height is 31 inches. The belt is very comfortable. Has a decent stretch. I usually wear a size 8 on the bottom and medium on the top. I will definitely wear this belt again and maybe order another one in a different color.
