Edited to add: I wanted to update my original review as I can get it to work in my collectible mugs by turning them inside out. I would recommend using them that way, but not with my traditional flanges. These flanges are a great idea conceptually, but they are poorly designed. The edge of the flange that should hold it is too narrow. The indentations on the flange make fart-like noises and you have to hold the flange in place at all times or it will stop sucking. The milk gets caught between the flange and the pillow and is thus lost.
