I like how easy it was to set up my new business account (and all future ones) as well as add multiple users to make things easier when one person does not have time or knowledge about technology in general - they are able to learn very quickly so that their employees can be more efficient using this software while also being available at any given moment via phone/texts etc.- Very user friendly- Easy integration between cloud service providers such as Google drive which makes data transfer simple from anywhere without having an office physically close by.
