Not for heavy players. My daughter is 1.60 m tall and 13 years old. During the lockdown we have been looking at ways to keep her training going until she is able to train at her club again. She's playing the forward and I'm not well prepared for her practicing hitting. We saw it and thought it was perfect for them, but it's not intended for real volleyball players. The first problem is velcro. It's not strong enough to hold the ball on impact. We still had to catch the ball on every shot and then take the time to get the ball back on the trapeze. Finally we took her old U12 ball that she no longer uses and finally sealed the velcro with packing tape. (See image.) This worked fine for the velcro, but now about every 20-25 pulls the D-ring and strap that holds the harness and harness together comes loose. Ball and dishes fly across the yard. We have to leave the ladder outside so we can keep collecting it. And finally, this is the D-ring itself. Attackers should not hit across, but down. The D-ring is just above the ball. My daughter keeps tapping the metal ring with her fingertips and it hurts. We've considered putting a hair band on the ring, but at this point it's not worth figuring out how to do. The idea is great, the quality is not that good.
