As expected, but the seller could have handled it better

I was disappointed with the buckled straps on the slippers as now they are not smooth on top and are "weird" on the feet. Obviously it's just because they were stored that way, but the seller could have easily avoided this if there had been some sort of cardboard to hold the shape of the strap like many shoes do.

Pros

They are undersized. Our daughter has shoes in size 8/9, we had to reorder size 10. But they are so cute and fit her foot perfectly!
