Well I've had conflicting advice from people reviewing this skirt. I was confused by the size. I'm a size 16 with a WT in the middle and everyone said the waistband was small. So I ordered 3 different sizes XL, 2X, 3X to try on. Surprisingly, they all matched. The belt was comfortable on XL to 3X. The larger sizes are longer and fit your body better, but the smaller sizes also fit well. Depends on what kind of use you are looking for this skirt. I left a smaller size for my pink skirt because it's a fun skirt to wear with flat shoes and sandals. But I left the largest size for my green peacock skirt because it looks more sophisticated as part of an evening outfit. I was disappointed with the quality control. Two skirts had flaws: an uneven seam and a big lack of clothing. So, pretty skirts, good for the price but cheaply made. My rating of the parody itself is 4* but was lowered to 3* due to the faulty items received and poor quality.
