Amazing customer support
You are amazing. It took me a year to own it before I was willing to write a review. As in other previous reviews, the stand is not that stable and one broke. After the second screen had been in storage for a week, I pulled it out and it cracked. The sound still worked, but not the video. I was afraid to try and replace it but the customer service was fantastic they replaced the broken one and sent me a new base player stand part. I'm so impressed with it and I really like the video and sound quality. I highly recommend it!
