It's too creamy for a foot scrub and doesn't contain enough cleansing salts or grains to be effective. I tried using it on both wet and dry skin but it didn't work. I even used it as a body scrub and it didn't even exfoliate my body skin so it definitely wouldn't do anything for my feet.
