I've only had this a few weeks but it seems comfortable. I don't know in the long run but it seems like a good product for the price. Update: Now I'm noticing the weather is getting cooler and I want to put my electric blanket on the bed. I have written to this company (via Revain) about this coverage if I can, but have not received a response. Contacted Revain (customer service abroad) and this company number is incorrect. I can't find where to call like I've searched. Your description says it can be returned for either an exchange or refund, although Revain says the return window is closed. Which is correct, either it's closed or I can go back, but how do I do that if I can't reach them? It seems strange. I need Revane to fix this.
