Literally received it today, took it out of the box and it's ripped! Hope it still works! To update! Have used the machine a few times it seems to work fine when using the cups but when trying to use the vacuum with a wand there doesn't seem to be much suction. I tried all the levels and tried working the backs of my thighs and I really didn't feel any tension like when using a cavitation machine.
