I weigh 160 pounds with a slim build. This jacket fits me perfectly in size M. This size is thinner than the average size of most American brands (like Columbia, North Face or Calvin Klein). This jacket is advertised as "maximum warmth" and "windproof winter outerwear". This jacket is lighter and less warm than other fleece jackets I own. I wear it over a t-shirt in 50s but I wouldn't trust it under 50F and because of the fit I can't wear a bulky sweater underneath. It doesn't appear to be any more wind resistant than any other polar fleece. There is no windproof membrane like some jackets that call themselves "windproof". The jacket has 3 outside pockets with zips. The zippers are of mediocre quality, not YKK zippers like branded jackets. The breast pocket is very small; too small for a modern smartphone. There are 2 inner pockets without zippers. The inner pockets are quite deep, but I'd make sure to stash valuables in them if you're very active (like biking or rock climbing).
