at the moment as we are still waiting for the umbilical cord to fall out of the navel so we haven't bathed my boy for about 10 days. The only place we put this lotion is on the buttocks area when we change his diaper. We first noticed a rash and tried a few folk lotions to reduce it. however none of them help, we have seen no visible signs of a reduction in the rash.
