The ability to use Microsoft Excel with this program was very useful! I really liked how you could just upload your invoices into that system without having them printed or anything like that - which allows us as employees at our work place more time working instead of waiting around doing paperwork etc.. It wasn't something we had heard about before but now seems quite helpful once it's set up correctly from what others have said here too :) We haven’t found any downsides so far other than maybe not being able to print off everything right away because they are still learning all their ways haha :). Honestly though if someone knows nothing else there then definitely go through training first until things start getting better/easier after some practice (at least when using excel!). Invoice creation-less paperwork plus ease saving documents online via microsoft office 365 makes my job easier overall!!
