Fixed installation is difficult, support is poor, satisfied with the light

I liked the light but wired installation was difficult. I called support and it was useless because the person didn't know anything. They told me to email questions. I did it along with photos. A week later I got the answer that the light in the picture is not their light and they didn't answer any of my questions. Tech support was too lazy to answer my questions and they didn't even recognize their own under the closet light. I figured out how to do the installation myself. These are the problems I had that you may have as well. The wires coming out of the wall were 14 gauge Romex wire. For 2 lightbulbs I had to connect 6 wires and for 1 lightbulb I had 3 wires. I believe the wires were chained from one light to the next until the last light only had 3 wires. Those were my questions that their support team never answered. And what I found out myself.1. Mates 14 gauge wire to plastic connectors for lights. Answer: Yes.2. That's how you pull the wires out of the connector, otherwise there doesn't seem to be a connector. Answer: Pull hard.3. Plastic connectors can handle 6 wires, but are six 14 gauge wires going through a round punch? Answer: #4. Can you use 2 perforators and put 3 wires through each? Answer: No. There is not enough room in the case to run 3 14 gauge wires through the perforations that are not next to the connectors. Even with a 12-inch or 16-inch light, there is no space in the housing for additional cables. bright. You will need to cut the wire to the correct length or leave the excess behind the light. I saw in another review that they cut off the connector that came with the light and connected it to hard wires, which might be a better alternative.
