Outstanding proactive customer service! Bought matching walking shoes for my 4 and 5 year old boys for a day hike. The fit was good and they held up well on the trail. My 5 year old son's boots have held up well. My 4 year old son's boots had one of the elastic laces untied the first day of our hike (and the first day he wore them). Elastic laces are sewn into the lining of the boot, so when slipping on stones etc. it could not withstand additional stress on the laces. I was able to tie the laces together and it worked fine, but I was a bit disappointed. The boots are cheap and look good. After I posted my first review, the Hawkwell team reached out to fix the problem and buy a new pair of boots. Very happy with the result!
