I've only been using it for a few hours and already love it. I've also been using a Razer Naga Epic Chroma for 6 months and this Logitech G600 is a welcome change. I bought this as a mouse for my other PC. A fantastic mouse that offers users unparalleled control. It feels comfortable in the hand, the contours are pleasant, but the shape of the mouse is more suitable for people with a palm grip. If you're more of a fingertip or claw grip type like me, you might find that the mouse takes a while to get used to, but it's not very difficult so you should get used to it fairly quickly. The buttons are easy to press and offer a reasonable tactile response. The thumb buttons also feature tactile notches on the G13 and G16 buttons, making it easy to tell by touch which buttons you're about to press. There's also a ring finger-activated G-Shift key, effectively doubling the number of functions. I personally found this to be a killer feature. Its RGB lighting is bright and vibrant and easily visible even in well-lit areas, but in my particular device, when RGB is set to white, the G13's button appears to be a slightly different shade of white. It doesn't bother me, so I'm not deducting a star. In addition, you can set the RGB lighting to be static, flashing or cyclic. You can also control the speed at which the light pulses or changes. The mouse also has built-in memory where you can save your profiles without having to install any software. The cable is also braided for a beautiful and durable texture. The Logitech Gaming Software is relatively easy to use and quite sophisticated. When you select a color for RGB, the program applies it immediately without you having to do anything. Very handy when you want to see your changes quickly. Assigning macros is very easy, but a little clumsy compared to Razer Synapse. Best of all, unlike Razer, you don't need to create an account to set up the mouse. This was a big plus for me. I also have a Razer Naga Epic Chroma and in comparison I would say they are very similar in performance. The Naga has better RGB lighting as the scroll wheel is backlit, while the G600 isn't. The Razer logo is also illuminated on the non-wireless version of the Naga. On the G600, only the grid of the thumb buttons lights up. Also, the Naga form is forgiving of people using claws/fingertips. The G600 is also cheaper than the Razer counterpart. Comparing Razer's and Logitech's offerings, I'd say Logitech wins. The Razer isn't bad either, but with Logitech you get more functionality than form. I mainly use this for productivity and have set the buttons to work as shortcuts like alt-tab, task switcher etc and the G600 is a pleasure to use. If you're looking for a mouse that offers total control and functionality, look no further than the G600. It also has that killer G-Shift knob that's unique to the G600. The Corsair Scimitar RGB offering is also worth considering. While this one has some seriously impressive RGB, you're a bit lacking in functionality as it doesn't have a tilted scroll wheel, nor does it offer a G-Shift equivalent.
