I bought these specifically for a closet in my son's apartment. Smokers lived there before him and the smell just doesn't seem to want to go away completely. Those charcoal bags really help. I was amazed at how they absorb odors. That's good, because they have grommets so you can hang them on a wire hanger, and they can be scattered around the closet to absorb unwanted odors. They can be placed in other places but I bought them for the grommets and the ability to hang them in a closet. To freshen them up after a while, just lay them out in the blazing sun. It always refreshes the charcoal inside. This is the easiest way to get rid of odors at a great price!
