Review on 🔧 Efficient GE WE49X20697 OEM Bearing Repair Kit for Top-Load Dryers by Jose Baldwin

I have been using a GE dehumidifier for about 18 years and have never had a problem with it. Lately things have accidentally got stuck at the top of the drum, socks, underwear, hoodie drawstrings. Then it started sounding like it was full of squeaky bats while it was running. I thought maybe it was him, he was good, but I did a little research and settled on this kit. My dryer model is DRSR483ED2WW. It was easy to swap out parts. My dryer is against the wall on one side and the washing machine on the other. I didn't even have to move it. Two screws to remove the top and two screws to remove the front. I didn't even have to turn off the light, I just turned the front end to the left. My belt looked fine so I didn't use it but I'm glad I have a spare now. The rest of the parts fit with no problems. I desperately needed this kit, my pads were gone and it was biting the plastic hence the squeak. I cleaned off all the fluff I could reach, put everything back together, and now it's running as nice and quiet as ever. Overall this is what the dryer needs and I would recommend this kit.
