Fast and friendly customer service that stands behind its product! The first set I received had a couple of lids that didn't match. One lid was so tight my friend had to open it for me. It took so much effort when he finally opened it that the powdered sugar I had filled the jar with just flew all over the place. The other lid lifted on one side, and it took several attempts to push it down before it stayed in place. I contacted the company about the issues I was having and sent a new kit a few days later. Everyone works perfectly. They look good on my counter and are breathable. Definitely recommend!
