This is the second sporting dog collar I've bought, the first was a dog trainer for my first dog which I love and have been using for about a year. No complaints. I chose a better model as my younger dog is more complex. So far it's looking great. However, I hardly used it as there was no instruction manual in the box and I had to figure out the buttons and modes myself before putting the collar on. On the first day I put the collar on and took it off to start training. When I tried to go home I noticed that the antenna must have come loose and fell off. I have no idea where. I've tried ordering a replacement and they've sold out and I've seen other reviews about the antenna falling off so easily. This is a great product, but the user manual and the stable antenna are very important, otherwise it is useless. Now it sits idle and not used until the antennas are in stock which is very disappointing after only 1 use. **Update: Called customer service with low expectations but they were extremely helpful and very prompt. 10 minutes from the moment of the call to the resolution of the problem. Since receiving the new antenna, we have used the product several times and are very satisfied.
