Cheap and gave me energy

I'm a fairly skinny guy and I'm not really on a full keto diet but thought I'd give it a try and I can say that although I haven't tried I've lost a lot of weight, I've noticed more energy in the morning and it's a lot cheaper than drinking an energy drink every day. They are easy to swallow and you only need to take 2 a day for them to work. Very good tablets for the price!
