Great boot, pay attention to reviews when choosing a size.
Overall, this is a great boot. I did order a size up from my normal size after reading reviews (based on being able to wear with thick socks). Fits as expected. The only thing I will say is if you have larger calves, this might not work as well. This is my reasoning behind reducing a star. My calves are not small but not really large and these wouldn't fit if my calves were a tad larger. Other than that, I use them frequently for yard work and play after rainy days. Haven't had any issues with functionality.
