Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, these gloves/mittens are a savior in cold weather. The convertible feature is perfect for when you need to use your fingers, and the gloves are warm enough to keep your hands toasty. The one downside would be that the sizing may not be perfect for all hand sizes. Overall, great purchase for any girl in need of cold weather accessories.
