
I am disappointed with my first experience with this coffee maker. I took it out of the box and tried to make the first brew to clean it from dust according to the instructions. The first time I tried it I got error 21. I followed the instructions to fix this error but no luck. I asked Braun support for help. They couldn't solve the problem. So I had to send them a photo of the receipt and a photo of the coffee maker with error 21. Here is her answer. "Thank you for contacting our Customer Service Center recently. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We have received and checked your confirmation of purchase, your case has been sent to our finished goods department for review, once this is done we will be in touch with you. Please allow us 10-14 business days. Thank you for your patience ," This is a brand new purchase. The coffee maker did not come out of the box and I have to wait 10-14 business days. I feel like I have to send it back to Revain to have them replace it. For me this is ridiculous and disappointing update: i contacted revain they sent me i need a replacement and i should have it within 2 days that's what they call customer service looks like brown could learn a thing or two from revain .
