I ordered this pillow because I have a herniated disc and sciatic pain and the regular pillows I used between my legs fell off at night without me noticing. Without a pillow between my legs, the pain is about ten times worse and I couldn't sleep well at night. But this pillow is awesome! It stays in place, is the perfect size and the cover is removable so washable. Nice soft material too! My physical therapist suggested I try it. So glad I did. I sleep much better now. Thank you!
