Pah-pah! 1 star for the price (you get what you pay for) and that's it! These pads are terrible. My 10 year old daughter in 5th grade is tall (5ft 3in) and plays basic volleyball. DO NOT buy them. They are uncomfortable (hard foam on the outside is covered with some kind of fabric, along with straps to tighten). Don't think about it at all. She put them on throughout the game, no matter how tight they were. Buy a pod. There is so much room for error between the knee and the pad. Just look at the picture and they also make a whistling sound when she leaves. Return as soon as possible!
