I was in love with this skirt until I actually wore it. I'm 5ft 7in, size 18, and it's a nice skirt, but it's a lot shorter than what I thought was vintage before the 80's. Also, the band was a bit tighter than I would have liked. the tulle is very fluffy when you separate the layers after opening it has a slight odor which dissipates after hanging for 2 weeks the skin layer is relatively cheap but protects the skin from the more natural roughness of the tulle in general i would not buy it again , but it works for quickly putting together a Halloween costume idea.
