I'm so glad this product works - after a month of washing my hair with hard water my hair is messy and doesn't respond very well to product or curling irons. It never felt clean, almost brittle and I was so depressed. It's not the same as washing your hair in soft water, but it's a big improvement. I will add an emollient shower head. It's a shame to use such an expensive shampoo, but it's worth it if you love good hair. You will not be disappointed - I never subscribe to any product but as long as I live in this air conditioned apartment I will be religious.
