I add it to my energy drinks, 1 scoop is enough for a 2 hour workout. It is completely tasteless and therefore does not affect flavored drinks. How much I need depends on your weight, metabolism, and the length of your workout, especially if you don't eat good, solid food at least 3 hours before your workout.
