I've ordered various brands of this type of cable over the years with no problem. In fact, this is the first time I've had a new pack of USB-C cables that were NOT charging when I tried them. I wanted to email this company's support team to inquire about this, but couldn't find a way to contact them. They look good and mostly get good reviews as far as I can tell. Maybe I ran into an inferior batch that passed quality control. "lol" It's definitely not the end of the world - In fact, if this is the worst thing that's going to happen to me this week - I'll be a LUCKY ONE!
