I originally bought this because I'm an office worker with the typical shoulder-and-neck pain. I hoped this would ease my low but constany pain in my neck and shoulders. To my surprise, it also helped me stop grinding my teeth at night!I started grinding my teeth rather suddenly, but it was so severe that I woke up with my entire face aching. The pain continued throughout the day despite the over the counter pain killers I took. I never expected this to help, but ever since I've laid on it every night I've stopped grinding my teeth. This $12 investment has saved me from the embarrassment of a night guard and the inevitable dentist bills. I obviously have no science based justification for this. But nothing else could've helped me with my teeth grinding. I'm committed to this little pillow for life!
