Good packaging. The instructions are a bit lacking as they want you to watch the video instead of relying on the instructions, but the video isn't the best either. The ad in the middle of the product page says "easy install," but as someone who's installed my fair share of ceiling lights, ceiling fans, and more, I wouldn't call it "easy." I would call it moderate. You will be doing a little more wiring than most ceiling lights as you will need to connect each lighting section to the main body. The included wire nuts and caps are of poor quality so either get good wire nuts from the hardware store or plan to make the heat shrink tubing shown in the video. The workmanship of the parts is quite good and all the arms and handrails fit together easily. Balls and brass fittings also fit well. This product benefits from a stronger ground wire connection to the lamp itself. There is no easy way to support the lamp while fixing it to the ceiling unless you have someone else hold it for you. A copper ground can be a good temporary anchor if you connect it alone. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. The light looks beautiful. I chose A15 dimmable E26 LED bulbs with a base that looks just as nice as the Edison bulbs. At full power it's pretty bright.
