The ceiling light at my workplace has never been perfect. This light is great. In any case, I have noticed that my eyes are less tired at the end of the day. Pleasant light for my immediate work area. The option of selecting different illuminance levels is also practical. Nice streamlined block, not bulky like some I've seen. The light touch controls are nice, easy pre-access, and you don't have to worry about shifting the monitor.
