Review on 🐾 Petsfit Airline Approved Expandable Soft-Sided Carrier for Pets up to 15 lbs: Solid Construction with 2 Large Extensions by Matt Welch

Just took it out of the box and found the zip was sewn into the mount as shown in the picture. This rendered one of the side doors unusable. I would just cut it out, but then the cats would go to town for the gap. I could just sew it myself, but at the price, why shouldn't that be right right away? I didn't even look for other flaws. Now I have to face the problem of the return. Maybe a replacement would be better. One star for a defective item. Rating changed to 3 stars. The replacement came quickly. Everything seems to be in order, the operational check with the cats is complete. They are much easier to fit into this carrier than a regular rigid cat carrier. The product should actually get 4 stars. I was upset about the problem with returning the first one.
