This holdall was perfect for our dog. A 16 lb adult skinny mixed breed dog. I was nervous traveling with him for the first time. I put him to bed in an extension bag for a week before we left. Just took it out of the box and found the zip was sewn into the mount as shown in the picture. This rendered one of the side doors unusable. I would just cut it out, but then the cats would go to town for the gap. I could just sew it myself, but at the price, why shouldn't that be right right away? I didn't even look for other flaws. Not flown since purchase due to the pandemic. This carrier is sturdy and well made. I bought it because I can put both cats in it if needed. Don't wear them as they will weigh over 15 pounds together. I'm so glad I didn't buy any of the other carriers. The square "overhanging" sides on it are big enough for cats, the curved side seems useless. I keep this carrier open all the time. Both cats love to play and sleep in it.
